Cancellation Policy(韓) If cancellation is requested by guest after full payment is paid, refund amount will be as below minus refund service charges (NT50.00). 1. If cancellation occurs 14 days or earlier prior to check-in date, 100% of paid amount will be refunded to guest. 2. If cancellation occurs 13 to 10 days prior to check-in date, 70% of paid amount will be refunded to guest. 3. If cancellation occurs 9 to 7 days prior to check-in date, 50% of paid amount will be refunded to guest. 4. If cancellation occurs 6 to 4 days prior to check-in date, 40% of paid amount will be refunded to guest. 5. If cancellation occurs 3 to 2 days prior to check-in date, 30% of paid amount will be refunded to guest. 6. If cancellation occurs 1 day prior to check-in date, 20% of paid amount will be refunded to guest. 7. If cancellation occurs on check-in date or in the case of guest no-shows, no refund will be made to guest.
